For Phuket, Koh Samui, Krabi & Koh Phangan
Phuket, Koh Samui, and Krabi run some of Asia's most complex resort layouts — multi-level beach clubs, cliffside villas, hillside sunset restaurants, and full-service spas all inside a single property. Staffing captains across every zone on peak nights is operationally impossible. AI Captain handles it: guests scan a QR wherever they sit, order in their language, and your kitchen routes by zone. Works with Opera, Cloudbeds, Mews, HotelRunner, and the Thai-market PMS stacks.
Phuket and Koh Samui resort F&B is a high-volume, high-language-friction business. Patong and Kata beach clubs run 300+ covers a night across pool deck, beach loungers, sunset bar, and main restaurant. A hillside property in Koh Samui has villas, pool bar, yoga deck cafe, and a sunset restaurant scattered over a hectare of rainforest. Russian, Chinese, Australian, German, and Indian guests all arrive the same weekend with different language and dietary expectations. Traditional staffing can't scale cleanly — so revenue quietly walks out the door.
Place weatherproof QR tags at every beach lounger, pool chair, villa deck, sunset-restaurant table, and spa lounger. Guests scan, chat or speak in their native language, and order. The AI knows which outlet serves which zone — pool bar vs beach grill vs sunset kitchen — and routes each order accordingly. Room-charge posts to the folio via Opera or Cloudbeds. Walk-in beach-club guests check out via Thai QR payments or card.
A Patong or Chaweng beach club doing 300+ peak-night covers can't put a human at every lounger. Per-seat QR tags mean every guest has their own order channel — and your kitchen sees orders flowing in ordered by zone, not by which server happens to have a free hand.
A Koh Samui or Phuket hillside resort has villas 200m-by-elevation from the sunset restaurant. Guests never make the trip unless they're pulled. AI Captain push-notifies villa guests at sunset-bar-open, displaying the sunset menu and reservation slot directly in their chat — and the booking or to-go order flows through.
Phuket and Samui's top source markets are China, Russia, India, Australia, UK, Germany, and GCC. Each has language and dietary expectations that your local staff can't consistently match without heavy training. AI Captain handles all of them simultaneously from one platform.
Phuket upscale resorts run Opera Cloud. Mid-market and boutique run Cloudbeds, Mews, HotelRunner. Beach clubs and standalone restaurants often skip PMS entirely and use KDS + PromptPay. FullGuest handles the whole stack.
The whole operation
The AI Captain is what your guests see. Behind it is one platform running your floor, your back office and your money — so you stop paying for, and stitching together, half a dozen separate tools.
It watches every ticket, recipe and shift — flagging the dishes quietly losing margin, the supplier who raised prices, and the voids and discounts that don’t add up.
It works the back office the way a seasoned operator would — every day, across every number. It drafts the fix and does the busywork; nothing touches your menu, prices or bookings until you approve. It proposes. You dispose.
One login, one bill
Most restaurants run on six or more separate subscriptions that barely talk to each other. FullGuest does the lot — so you cut cost, cut logins, and finally get every number in one place.
Native Opera Cloud integration. When a resort guest orders, we look up their reservation, verify room-charge permission, and post via Opera REST with the correct outlet code. Sunset restaurant, pool bar, and beach grill each have their own outlet mapping — revenue recognition stays clean.
Same QR, different checkout path. If there's no active resort stay linked, checkout defaults to PromptPay QR or Thai card terminal. Resort guests are auto-matched on first chat to their stay and can charge to folio; walk-ins pay direct. Both flows go through the same kitchen queue.
Yes. We ship UV-stable polycarbonate tags with marine-grade adhesive for tropical properties. Field life 3-5 years in Phuket-Krabi conditions. Replace individually if a specific tag fades.
Yes — Russian and Mandarin are among the most-used languages in our logs from Thai properties. Menus translate accurately (not Google Translate), dietary preferences map, and the AI learns Thai-cuisine terminology nuances (pad kra pao vs. pad see ew etc.) so guests order what they actually want.
Infrastructure is stateless and scales horizontally. Some of our Phuket pilot properties run 400+ concurrent sessions on Saturday nights. AI response time stays under 2 seconds even under load.
Yes. Halal-certified items are flagged inline with the dish. Cross-contamination risks (shared fryer, wok, etc.) are disclosed in the chat. Guests with halal restrictions can ask the AI “any pork-sauce base?” and get an accurate answer sourced from your ingredient list. Zero manual chef check.
The order carries villa ID, elevation band, and walking/buggy path to the kitchen. Runners get a map-ready location. Kitchens plate for transit time. Some properties use villa buggies, some use dedicated runners — AI Captain works with whatever transit flow you already have.
