For Singapore Hotels, F&B Groups & Multi-Outlet Venues
Singapore runs on international guests, multi-outlet hotels, and a 24/7 F&B scene. FullGuest AI Captain handles ordering across every outlet — room service, poolside, hawker-style cafes, banquet halls — in 95+ languages, with native integrations to the PMS systems Singapore hotels actually use (Opera, Mews, Cloudbeds, SiteMinder).
Singapore has world-class hospitality, but the ordering interface has not kept up. Multi-outlet hotels juggle separate menus and separate phone numbers for each venue. International guests struggle on phone lines. F&B groups with 5-20 concepts run each one on a different stack. Tourists skip room service because the laminated menu feels outdated for a city known for innovation.
Deploy AI Captain across your hotel, F&B group, or multi-concept venue. Every table, room, pool lounger, and event space gets its own QR code. Guests scan, chat or speak in their language, order, and the charge posts directly to the right folio or settles via card — no phone, no waiting, no language friction. PMS integrations with Opera, Mews, Cloudbeds, Apaleo, and SiteMinder-connected properties are built in.
Marina Bay Sands, Fullerton, Mandarin Oriental, Raffles — Singapore flagship hotels run multiple F&B concepts under one roof. FullGuest gives each outlet its own menu and kitchen routing, while guests see a single unified ordering interface from their room or seat.
Singapore hosts guests from every major travel market. A guest from Tokyo types in Japanese. A guest from Jakarta uses Bahasa. A guest from Dubai speaks Arabic. AI Captain detects the language from their first message and responds in it — with correct menu translation, dietary context, and local etiquette.
Singapore hotels run a mix of stacks. 5-star flagships typically use Opera Cloud. Boutique properties use Mews or Cloudbeds. Serviced residences often use Apaleo. Smaller hotels use SiteMinder as the primary connectivity layer. FullGuest integrates with all of them out of the box — no middleware, no custom development.
MAS-compliant payment processing, GST-inclusive pricing display, PDPA-aligned guest data handling, and full audit trails for every order. We built the compliance layer so your team does not have to.
The whole operation
The AI Captain is what your guests see. Behind it is one platform running your floor, your back office and your money — so you stop paying for, and stitching together, half a dozen separate tools.
It watches every ticket, recipe and shift — flagging the dishes quietly losing margin, the supplier who raised prices, and the voids and discounts that don’t add up.
It works the back office the way a seasoned operator would — every day, across every number. It drafts the fix and does the busywork; nothing touches your menu, prices or bookings until you approve. It proposes. You dispose.
One login, one bill
Most restaurants run on six or more separate subscriptions that barely talk to each other. FullGuest does the lot — so you cut cost, cut logins, and finally get every number in one place.
Yes. We have a native Opera Cloud integration that posts charges directly to the guest folio, looks up checked-in reservations, and respects Opera department codes. The integration is live within 1-2 weeks of the property providing API credentials.
Yes — SiteMinder is useful as a data source for guest lookup. It aggregates reservations from Booking.com, Expedia, Agoda, and direct channels. For folio posting, we pair the SiteMinder integration with your underlying PMS (e.g., Cloudbeds, Mews, or Opera). Many Singapore boutique properties run SiteMinder + a lightweight PMS — we handle both.
Yes. Every business can set its currency (SGD is supported out of the box alongside USD, EUR, and 10+ others). GST is handled via configurable tax rates that display inclusive or exclusive as required. Invoices generated for your subscription are in SGD if you prefer.
Yes. Each concept has its own menu, branding, and kitchen routing, but shares the same guest account, loyalty profile, and analytics. A group running 5-20 outlets across Orchard, Clarke Quay, and Sentosa can manage all from one dashboard.
All four official languages (English, Mandarin, Malay, Tamil) plus every major tourist-market language: Japanese, Korean, Cantonese, Bahasa Indonesia, Thai, Vietnamese, Hindi, Arabic, German, French, Russian, and more. 95+ total.
A boutique 50-room hotel with one restaurant: 5-7 days. A multi-outlet 300-room flagship with 6 concepts: 2-3 weeks. Most of the time is spent on menu digitization and PMS credential exchange — not on software configuration.
AI Captain works for standalone restaurants, cafes, and bars too. No PMS integration needed — orders go directly to your KDS or kitchen printer, payment is handled via your existing gateway (Stripe, Razorpay, HitPay, etc.), and you skip all the hotel-specific complexity.
