For hotels tired of paying to take their own bookings
Most booking engines are sold as the escape from OTA commission — then charge you 4-5% of every direct booking they process. Ours charges nothing per booking, because it is part of the system already running your rooms, your restaurant and your guest folio. The booking is not a separate product. It is the first step of a stay.
Every hotelier knows the OTA maths: fifteen to twenty percent, gone, on a guest who was going to stay with you anyway. So you buy a booking engine to win those bookings back. Then you read the contract.
FullGuest runs the booking engine inside the same system that runs the rooms, the restaurant and the folio. There is nothing to sync, because there is nothing to sync with — it is one system. And there is no per-booking fee, because we are not in the transaction business.
A mobile-first booking flow on your own link or QR — room types with photos, live availability, and the real price for those dates. No app, no redirect to somebody else's branded checkout.
Payments and deposits handled at the point of booking, through the gateway that suits your country — so a confirmed booking is actually confirmed.
Rate plans and a calendar you control, plus an AI revenue manager that reads how each date is filling, your comp set and the event calendar, and prices every night across your direct site and every OTA.
This is the part a standalone booking engine structurally cannot do. The booking is the start of a stay, and everything the guest spends afterwards lands in the same place.
The whole operation
The AI Captain is what your guests see. Behind it is one platform running your floor, your back office and your money — so you stop paying for, and stitching together, half a dozen separate tools.
It reads every folio, booking and shift — surfacing the empty-room nights you could have sold, the services never posted to the bill, and where labour outran the day’s occupancy.
It works the back office the way a seasoned operator would — every day, across every number. It drafts the fix and does the busywork; nothing touches your menu, prices or bookings until you approve. It proposes. You dispose.
The Rainmaker
Built on Rate Intelligence and the new Channel Manager: it reads your booking pace, comp set and event calendar, then prices every night across your direct site and every OTA — within guardrails you set, acting only as far as it has earned your trust.
One login, one bill
Most hotels run on six or more separate subscriptions that barely talk to each other. FullGuest does the lot — so you cut cost, cut logins, and finally get every number in one place.
No. There is no per-booking fee from us at any volume. You pay your payment gateway their processing fee, and that is the whole cost of taking a direct booking. This is the main way we differ from booking engines that advertise themselves as the escape from commission and then charge 4-5% of every booking.
Yes. The FullGuest Channel Manager keeps rooms, rates and availability in step across Booking.com, Airbnb, Expedia, Agoda and 60+ channels, and OTA reservations land straight in your calendar. Because it shares one inventory with the booking engine and the front desk, a room sold anywhere closes everywhere — double bookings stop being something you manage and become something that cannot happen. Most properties run a booking engine, a PMS and a channel manager from three vendors and spend every morning reconciling them. Here they are one system, so there is nothing to reconcile.
FullGuest is the PMS as well as the booking engine — rooms, reservations, folio, housekeeping and rate plans are all here, alongside your restaurant and stock. That is the point: one system rather than a booking engine plus a PMS plus a POS. For properties running an existing PMS, there are integrations, but the value is highest when it is all one system.
Yes. A guest can view the booking, see what a cancellation would cost under your policy before committing, cancel, and get the invoice — without phoning the desk. Your cancellation and no-show terms are applied by the system rather than negotiated case by case.
Deposits can be taken at the time of booking and are held against the stay, settling on the folio at checkout. Cancellation and no-show penalties follow the policy you set, so a no-show is a charge that was agreed up front rather than a conversation nobody enjoys.
Only if you let it. Rate suggestions are advisory by default — the system watches how a date is filling and tells you what it would do. You can leave it advisory forever, require approval per change, or allow it to act once you trust it. Stop-sell and closed dates are always respected.
Room types, rate plans and a rate calendar are the setup, and most properties are taking bookings within days rather than weeks. We do the setup with you rather than handing over a manual.
A subscription, not a share of your revenue — which means the maths gets better as you take more direct bookings, rather than worse. There is a 14-day free trial with no card, and a free digital menu you can start with at no cost.
