For Multi-Restaurant Hospitality Properties
Running a resort with 3 restaurants, a pool bar, and room service? A hotel with fine dining, a cafe, and banquet? FullGuest is one True AI platform that handles ordering, routing, and reporting across every outlet, every kitchen, every zone — without system juggling.
Most hospitality properties run a patchwork of 3-5 different systems — one POS for fine dining, another for the cafe, a third for room service, and a spreadsheet for the pool bar. Nothing talks to anything. Reports take days to consolidate. Staff hate it.
FullGuest is built for complex properties. One subscription covers every restaurant, bar, cafe, and service zone. Smart kitchen routing sends orders to the right kitchen. One dashboard shows everything. One staff training covers every outlet.
One login. See live orders, revenue, kitchen load, and staff performance across every outlet in one place. Filter by outlet, service zone, or time. Perfect for F&B directors managing multiple brands.
Orders route intelligently. A cocktail from a pool-side order goes to the pool bar. A full lunch order goes to the main kitchen. Banquet orders go to the banquet kitchen. No manual reassignment, no mis-routed tickets.
Every ordering location (table, lounger, room, cabana, banquet hall) knows its zone. Orders include exact location context. Staff delivers without searching. Kitchens prep for the right audience.
Month-end reporting that used to take 3 days now takes 30 seconds. See revenue by outlet, item velocity, staff performance, peak hours — all in one export. Share with finance, ownership, or investors instantly.
The whole operation
The AI Captain is what your guests see. Behind it is one platform running your floor, your back office and your money — so you stop paying for, and stitching together, half a dozen separate tools.
It reads every folio, shift and store — flagging the poolside spend you’re missing, the rate you left on the table, and the stock quietly walking out the back.
It works the back office the way a seasoned operator would — every day, across every number. It drafts the fix and does the busywork; nothing touches your menu, prices or bookings until you approve. It proposes. You dispose.
The Rainmaker
Built on Rate Intelligence and the new Channel Manager: it reads your booking pace, comp set and event calendar, then prices every night across your direct site and every OTA — within guardrails you set, acting only as far as it has earned your trust.
One login, one bill
Most resorts run on six or more separate subscriptions that barely talk to each other. FullGuest does the lot — so you cut cost, cut logins, and finally get every number in one place.
Yes, exactly this. FullGuest is designed for properties like yours. Each outlet gets its own menu, branding, and kitchen routing rules. Orders flow where they need to. Reports consolidate or split as needed. One subscription covers all outlets — no per-outlet pricing.
You configure routing rules per outlet. For example: "Pool bar kitchen: all cocktails + light bites from pool loungers. Main kitchen: all full meals from any outlet. Asian kitchen: all sushi/ramen orders regardless of where placed." The system auto-routes every order based on rules. Split orders (half to one kitchen, half to another) work seamlessly.
Yes. You configure which menus are available from which locations. A guest scanning their in-room QR can be shown: Main restaurant menu, pool bar menu, Asian restaurant menu, 24-hour room service menu — all as tabs in the same chat. They pick what they want, order goes to the correct kitchen, delivered to their room.
FullGuest integrates with common hotel PMS systems (Opera, Cloudbeds, etc.) to post charges directly to the guest’s folio. Alternatively, we can post charges via room number lookup even without full PMS integration. We support REST API, webhook, and custom integrations — contact us for specific PMS requirements.
Yes. Staff can be scoped to specific outlets. A bartender at the pool bar only sees pool bar orders. A restaurant captain sees restaurant orders. The F&B director sees everything. Permissions are fully granular.
Multi-outlet properties typically use our Enterprise plan which is custom-priced based on scale. Unlike POS vendors who charge per-terminal or per-outlet, FullGuest is priced on total property size and features needed — often 70-90% cheaper than a patchwork POS setup. Typical rollout for a 3-5 outlet property takes 1-2 weeks. Menu setup is the biggest task and can be largely AI-assisted. QR code printing, kitchen routing configuration, and staff training are quick. We provide a dedicated onboarding team for multi-outlet properties.
Yes. You can configure outlet-level isolation — third-party managed outlets see only their orders, menus, and reports. Ownership can still see a consolidated property-wide view. Permissions are fully configurable.
