For Bars, Lounges & Premium Clubs
Stop losing track of customer bottles. FullGuest’s bottle keep system tracks every stored bottle — customer, level, expiry, location — and connects it to your AI ordering system. Built based on feedback from Singapore’s top bars, and loved by bar managers who hate spreadsheets.
Running bottle keep on paper, spreadsheets, or old POS software is chaos. Customers claim bottles that aren’t theirs. Staff can’t find the right bottle fast. Bottles expire silently. Revenue walks out the door.
FullGuest’s bottle keep is the fastest, most reliable system your bar staff will ever use. Scan a bottle QR, select the customer, add a photo, done. When the customer returns, one search shows every bottle they own, where it is, and how much is left.
Type a customer name, phone number, or bottle brand. See every bottle they own across all your locations in under a second. Staff find bottles faster than flipping a logbook page.
Every customer gets a profile showing their bottles, order history, preferred drinks, and VIP status. New staff treats regulars like old friends from day one.
Get notified 90, 60, and 30 days before a bottle’s keep deadline. Offer to renew, remind the customer, or safely dispose per your policy. Never lose revenue to silent expiry again.
Every check-in and check-out captures a photo of the bottle. Level disputes disappear. Theft attempts fail. Customer trust rises.
The whole operation
The AI Captain is what your guests see. Behind it is one platform running your floor, your back office and your money — so you stop paying for, and stitching together, half a dozen separate tools.
It watches every tab, pour and shift — flagging the shrinkage behind the bar, the promos that don’t pay for themselves, and the nights you’re under- or over-staffed.
It works the back office the way a seasoned operator would — every day, across every number. It drafts the fix and does the busywork; nothing touches your menu, prices or bookings until you approve. It proposes. You dispose.
One login, one bill
Most bars run on six or more separate subscriptions that barely talk to each other. FullGuest does the lot — so you cut cost, cut logins, and finally get every number in one place.
Every customer’s bottles are linked to their phone number and profile. When they sit down and order via QR, the AI Captain knows they have a bottle in storage. Customer asks "is my Hibiki still there?" — AI confirms instantly. When they order a pour, it logs against their bottle automatically.
FullGuest supports multi-location bottle keep. A customer’s bottles are linked to their phone number, so if they have a Macallan at your Mumbai branch and walk into your Delhi branch, staff sees both. You can configure rules — e.g., bottles can only be poured at the location they’re stored.
You configure the keep period (e.g., 90 days, 6 months, 1 year) per bottle type or per customer tier (VIPs get longer). The system auto-calculates the expiry date on check-in. Alerts fire at 90, 60, 30, 7 days before expiry. You can configure auto-SMS/WhatsApp reminders to the customer to come redeem.
If your regulars check in via QR (scan a table QR to order, or scan a welcome QR at the door), the system auto-identifies them. Staff gets a notification: "VIP Rajesh just arrived — owns 2 bottles: Hibiki Harmony at shelf B3, and Lagavulin 16 at shelf B7." Treat them like royalty from minute one.
Every transaction logs the staff ID, photo of the bottle, timestamp, and storage location. Audit reports show all movements. Unusual patterns (e.g., frequent pours without customer check-in) surface in dashboards. It’s dispute-proof and fraud-resistant.
Most POS systems "support" bottle keep as a bolt-on feature — the UX is painful and staff avoid using it. FullGuest is built around the actual bartender workflow: fast search, photo-first, mobile-optimized. Plus it integrates with our AI Captain so customers can self-check their bottles via QR chat. It’s a different category of product, not a POS feature.
Yes. Works equally well for whisky bottles, wine collections, premium spirits. Wine clubs and fine-dining restaurants use it for cellar-stored wines that customers have bought in advance or are storing for future visits.
Two ways: (1) They can ask the AI Captain via chat — "what bottles do I have here?" — and get an instant list with photos. (2) They get a simple customer portal at fullguest.com/m/your-bar/my-bottles where they see everything.
