For Resorts, Hotels & Beach Clubs
Your guests shouldn’t have to flag down a waiter or walk to the bar in wet feet. With FullGuest’s True AI poolside ordering, every lounger, cabana, and pool bar seat gets a QR code. Guests chat or talk to the AI Captain, place orders in seconds, and get served — hands-free and in their own language.
Pool areas are service black holes. Staff can’t see every lounger. Guests wait 15-20 minutes for a simple drink. Language barriers with international guests make it worse. You’re losing orders every single hour of the day.
FullGuest places a waterproof QR code at every lounger, cabana, and pool bar table. Guests scan, chat (or just talk), and order. The AI Captain knows your menu, remembers preferences, upsells naturally, and speaks 95+ languages. Orders go straight to the pool bar kitchen with exact lounger/cabana location.
Guests with sunscreen on their hands, wet fingers, or just relaxing with eyes closed — they just tap and talk. The AI Captain listens, confirms, and places the order. No typing required.
Every QR is mapped to a specific lounger, cabana, or table. Orders arrive with exact location ("Pool Lounger 15") so servers deliver without asking. Guests don’t have to describe where they are.
Not a scripted chatbot. True AI that answers "is this gluten free?", "what’s lighter than pasta?", "surprise me with something cold". Handles dietary needs, allergies, and kid-friendly requests naturally.
Pool, lawn, beach, rooftop, spa, in-room, restaurant — one platform handles it all. Multiple kitchens? Orders route to the right one automatically. No system juggling, no staff retraining.
The whole operation
The AI Captain is what your guests see. Behind it is one platform running your floor, your back office and your money — so you stop paying for, and stitching together, half a dozen separate tools.
It reads every folio, shift and store — flagging the poolside spend you’re missing, the rate you left on the table, and the stock quietly walking out the back.
It works the back office the way a seasoned operator would — every day, across every number. It drafts the fix and does the busywork; nothing touches your menu, prices or bookings until you approve. It proposes. You dispose.
The Rainmaker
Built on Rate Intelligence and the new Channel Manager: it reads your booking pace, comp set and event calendar, then prices every night across your direct site and every OTA — within guardrails you set, acting only as far as it has earned your trust.
One login, one bill
Most resorts run on six or more separate subscriptions that barely talk to each other. FullGuest does the lot — so you cut cost, cut logins, and finally get every number in one place.
Guests need basic mobile data or your resort’s guest Wi-Fi to load the chat. Once open, it’s lightweight and works on slow connections. Most resorts already have pool-area Wi-Fi, and FullGuest loads in under 2 seconds on 4G.
We provide waterproof, UV-resistant QR stickers designed for outdoor use. They last 1-2 years in direct sun and are unaffected by splashes or sunscreen. We also include table-tent signs, lounger clips, and cabana decals depending on your setup.
Yes. The AI Captain auto-detects the guest’s language from the first message (text or voice) and responds in it. We support 95+ languages including Japanese, Mandarin, German, French, Spanish, Arabic, Hindi, Tamil, Malayalam, and more. International guests get a native-language experience without any setup.
Yes — voice works through the guest’s phone microphone, which is right next to their mouth. Pool ambient noise is filtered out. For extra-noisy venues (beach clubs, DJ nights), guests can switch to chat instantly with one tap.
Each QR is mapped to a specific ordering point (lounger, cabana, pool bar, main restaurant). Orders route to the kitchen that serves that area — so a mojito goes to the pool bar, while a full lunch order goes to the main kitchen. You can configure kitchen routing in the admin dashboard.
Traditional staff service remains available. FullGuest handles the 90%+ of guests who have phones — which removes load from your staff so they can focus on the guests who want human service.
Initial setup (menu, QR codes, kitchen mapping) takes under a day for most properties. Printing and placing QR stickers around the pool area is usually done in a few hours. Staff training is minimal — orders just appear on their kitchen display, same as any order they’d take manually.
Yes. We have integrations with common hotel PMS systems and POS tools. We can also charge orders to room via room number lookup. Contact us for specific integration requirements — we support REST API, webhook, and direct database connections.
